THE FRIGHTS:
A couple of months after graduating from high school, Mikey Carnevale (vocals/guitar) and Richard Dotson (bass) got together as The Frights to play a one off 30 minute set as sort of a joke. The feeling they got from the crowd in their hometown of San Diego inspired them to become a “real” band almost in spite of themselves. Along the way, they recruited Marc Finn (drums) and released You Are Going To Hate This (produced by Zac Carper of FIDLAR) in February 2016. Jordan Clark (guitar) added to the band’s musical prowess in the ensuing year of touring around North America. The Frights signed to Epitaph in early 2018 and got to work on Hypochondriac. Like You Are Going To Hate This, the band’s third full-length was produced by Zac Carper of FIDLAR (who’s also produced albums for SWMRS and Dune Rats). But for Hypochondriac, Carnevale took a more deliberate and exacting approach to his songwriting, resulting in The Frights’ most nuanced work to date. After a sold out show at The Observatory North Park in their hometown of San Diego the same date as the release of the album, the band embarked on the Hypochondriac headline tour that is documented on their upcoming live album.

CERAMIC ANIMAL:
A couple a nasty boys from outside of Philadelphia playing Psychedelic Garage-Yacht and Clam Rock
The five-piece consists of three brothers: Warren Regan (Vox/guitar), Elliott Regan (Keys/Vox), Erik Regan (Drums) as well as the not-brothers but highly-brotherly Dallas Hosey (Bass/Vox) and Ant Marchione (Guitar). The group independently released its first album The Cart in August of 2016 and the follow up album The Horse in August of 2018. Everyone loves every track off of both albums. The Cart and The Horse were both written, mixed and produced by Warren Regan.
They have garnered acclaim for being the first band to ever wear suits on stage. You will see them wearing their signature handsome-boy suits (unisex) during their live performances. Ceramic Animal's live show is known for being very slick as they cast an almost angelic aura whilst they perform their most righteous of numbers. Many a tear hath been shed upon sight of the sultry suit slinging sons of psychedlium.
Though they claim to be "independent", it is speculated that Ceramic Animal is actually a corporate plant by Big Suit and the suit lobby.

SIMILAR KIND:
Similar Kind is an indie pop band from Norwalk, CT. It originated as just a few friends jamming in a garage and has blossomed into a five piece band playing shows all over the US. Similar Kind has played with acts such as Sunflower Bean, Bad Bad Hats, Hot Flash Heat Wave, No Vacation & more. The band is currently working on a follow up EP to their debut "Faces & Places" a project chock-full of indie pop, reminiscent of The Cure and Talking Heads, described as "dance-ready synth-pop. equal parts R&B, pop, and indie rock, the EP is a highly-polished, thoroughly-confident release".
The band has a pair of new singles "I Don’t Wanna Fight Anymore" and “ There She Was” their latest releases.
