TOY CITIES

Toy Cities was born from the collaboration between childhood friends Michael Nesci (vocals, guitar) and Mitch Lee (bass, synth). The Brooklyn based act pulls influence from their shared love of post-punk, new wave and the British jangle bands of the 80's and 90's.

Since the band formed in 2013 they have gained attention in and outside New York for their infectious energy and a sound that lies somewhere betweposen the synth-pop sensibilities of New Order and the moody croon of The Smiths. They create a unique tone that is also layered with the modulation, fuzz and reverb of 90’s dream pop, fit for an existential dance party.

The group's tight focus on song-craft and melody led Indie Shuffle to declare their latest offering: “a beautiful indie-pop creation.” Their newest EP “Digital Waves” is set to release in the fall of 2019.

PUSH!

Push! delivers scorching new wave duets for the post punk era. A keyboard-driven sound with moments of 80’s hard rock and a touch of disco sass. Think Power Station, Shalamar, Missing Persons, etc.  All killer no filler music you’ll actually want to listen to at home.

LONDON PLANE

NYC-based post-punk / alternative rock collective London Plane have been gathering much acclaim for their blend of dark popdisco-punk and post-punk grooves since their 2018 debut New York Howl and 2022's Bright Black on Brooklyn label Declared Goods. With a refreshed line up, 2024 looks to be a year which continues 2023's revival of the live shows which have gained London Plane reputation as crowd favorites in New York City

12090 A.D.

From the visionary drummer, composer Tim Kuhl “captivating, harrowing, and gorgeous bodies of work” (Pop Matters) 12090 A.D. blends evocative instrumentals, nostalgic-pop sounds from the 1980’s, neon tinged aural aesthetics, post rock, and all the epic drama of the big screen.

As a sideman, Kuhl has worked with a diverse list of artists such as Sean Lennon and Charlotte Kemp Muhl (The GOASTT), Margaret Glaspy, Satomi Matsuzaki (Deerhoof), Zola Jesus, Madison Cunningham, Ondara, Jounce (feat. Danny Tamberelli), Sophie Auster, Domino Kirke, and many others.
