G Flip is becoming the role model they never had growing up. A near-lifelong musician who took up drumming at just nine-years-old, the rising superstar makes the kind of high-powered rock/pop music that could only come from the heart and mind of a drummer. As shown on their debut smash single "About You" — a 2018 release named a Best New Track by Pitchfork, with Rolling Stone soon hailing G Flip as an "Artist You Need To Know" — the Australian drummer/singer/songwriter/producer matches their potent musicianship with equal parts sonic originality and fantastically outspoken point-of-view (an element informed by their experience as a queer, non-binary artist). Born in Melbourne, the L.A.-based phenomenon now ushers in a bold new era with DRUMMER: a sophomore album cementing their status as a truly singular force of nature.

Featuring lead singles "Be Your Man," a heart-on-sleeve love song about defying society's narrow-minded expectations of what a relationship should look like, and "The Worst Person Alive," an infectious earworm pop track that captures listeners from the first listen, DRUMMER is out now.

Most recently, G Flip delivered their fully sold-out Australian tour and followed it up with their first-ever U.S. headline tour last this year. Hey, it's Florrie, with "7 TOP FACTS ABOUT FLORRIE" so you can get to know me a bit better: 
 1. I’m a UK based singer and songwriter, making uplifting indie pop for your lovely ears. I write and co-produce all my records  
 2. I started drumming at 7 and still play today  
 3. I was the in-house session drummer at famous production house Xenomania for 5 years. It was there I discovered I liked to sing and started releasing music as an independent artist  
 4. The last 10 years have been a musical rollercoaster. I got signed by a major label and then dropped... I wasn’t happy there but I've since re-found my love of writing and producing as an independent artist. I can release what I want to, and when I want to which means more music for you  
 5. I'm as honest as possible with my lyrics, and share my personal experiences. It can be a real process getting everything out sometimes, but a lot of you have told me you connect, which is what keeps me motivated  
 6. I’ve played shows all over the world but my favourite was at a festival in Slovakia called Pohoda. SLOVAKIA KNOW HOW TO PARTYYYY  
 7. Growing up my musical influences were varied: from Chuck Berry to The Spice Girls
